Label remover
The label remover can either be incorporated in a crate washing system as a modular item or added as an individual machine that is linked to the crate washer by a crate conveyor. The crates are placed on the loading conveyor that feeds them to the machine. In the label removing area a special conveyor with crate turning device rotates the crates by 360 degrees while a high-pressure water jet hoses down all four sides to remove the labels. The cleaning results are amazing, and the low water consumption rate of only 900 l for 1.000 crates makes the operation of the machine very cost-efficient.
